<P> <FONT color=#000000>Saosin是来自加洲的Post-hardcore乐团，成立于2003年，是由Anthony Green在其他各个乐队中东挖西挖组成的。03年的EP《Translating the Name》发行，随后乐队还没来的及巡演就出现了大变动，包括bass、drum等离队，直到3个月后Saosin才有了第一次舞台经验，他们同Boys Night Out和Anatomy of a Ghost进行夏季的巡演，其良好的台风被乐评家认为同另一纽约Hardcore乐队Glassjaw可以带来相同的感情宣泄。04年，乐队灵魂Anthony Green因个人原因离开了Saosin另组乐队Circa Survive，追求他自己的“emo/post-hardcore”去了，但Saosin却没有停滞，Cove Reber加入乐队接过Anthony Green的班成为乐队新主唱，05年3月乐队参加Taste of Chaos tour时与唱片公司Capitol签约，并于8月发行了同名EP，经过一年的努力，乐队不断丰富自己的经历终于在去年9年在制作人Howard Benson帮助下发行了同名正式专辑。<BR><BR>值得一提的是乐队的名字非常有意思，取自中文“小心”的音译，Anthony Green在访谈中谈到了名字来自中文"small heart"，不过在他的理解中“小心”是指“小心爱”(To love with caution)~<BR></FONT></P>
