Duran Duran
成立时间：1978年
所有新浪漫（New Romantic）乐队中最受欢迎最成功的一支，同时也是这么一大堆乐队中唯一的到目前还活跃着的一支。他们的2004年专辑《Astronaut》国内还引进出版了。据说在他们风头最旺的80年代初期他们是“所有乐评最希望解散的乐队”，音乐人们对他们俊美的外貌的关注超过了对他们音乐的关注。

这个乐队和那个大家都不喜欢的国家应该没什么关系，估计是处于当时对东方文化的神秘感乐队才给自己这样一个名字。另外也就是因为乐队的名字，我实在无法在GOOGLE里找到他们的图片（只找到那个国家），所以就放上两张他们AMAZON上的唱片封面。
