以百威创办人Hartley Peavey命名的ＨＰ系列签名系列是百威４０年来集可演奏性，音色，风格及技术的精品
这款双缺角ＨＰ签名系列吉他采用高共振的桃花心木做琴身和琴颈，并配以夹层枫木做琴的贴面以丰富音色，又用百威专利的双压缩桥来取得更长的共鸣．这种双压缩桥系统是以个特殊的穿弦设计，能够产生金属与金属之间的联结，延长共鸣并增加琴弦音质的表现
ＨＰ签名系列还装有乌木指板在弹奏时给人一种光滑感，它又配以高质量的ＳＣＨＡＬＬＥＲ卷弦器的吉他头．此吉它采用艺术级的内部电子设计，包括百威专利的双绕线，消除交流声的电磁感应模块，来满足高输出功率和卓越的音色，具备又两个音量旋纽，一个音质旋纽以及以个三段拨动式选择开关调节这些特别设计的拾音器
